Dirk Buban, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Mr. Buban brings a diverse background and experience to Connected Minds and patient care. He received a bachelor’s of science in Marketing and Management from Siena College and a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on marketing from Union University. He went on to work for 10+ years in the health and wellness space as an entrepreneur before making a career pivot to patient care. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University at Albany and a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant studies at Le Moyne College. He went on to pursue a fellowship in behavioral health working across a wide range of patient populations in a broad spectrum of settings including adult and adolescent inpatient psychiatry, addiction medicine, MAT, emergency psychiatry, within corrections, and across various outpatient psychiatric clinics. Today he works in acute psychiatry in the Emergency department but enjoys bringing his diverse experience and proactive approach to outpatient psychiatry. Outside of work Mr. Buban enjoys being active and the outdoors including hiking, skiing, golfing, and surfing.
