Yes. Even if your session is virtual, you must be physically located in Georgia, as providers can only see clients in their state of licensure.

Typically, you will receive a link to join your appointment 48 hours before in your email. In the rare event you do not receive an email, you can access all your appointments directly from the patient portal at https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/150028/account/logon

Connected Minds completes disability paperwork, FMLA leave paperwork, and other extensive accommodation requests on a case by case basis based on medical necessity. It is NOT guaranteed that we are able to complete documentation requests and some requests may be subject to a fee. Please allow 14 business days for all paperwork requests. We are able to provide proof of diagnosis/attendance, chart notes, ESA letters, and school/work excuse notes for ATTENDED appointments only.

Yes, medication refills are $20 per medication. If you need to reschedule but will run out of meds before your rescheduled appointment you can request a courtesy med refill as long as you have been seen in the last 90 days AND attend your rescheduled appointment.
You must have been seen in the last 90 days to receive a refill. We strongly encourage patients to attend their appointments, as regular visits are essential for ensuring safety, proper monitoring, and optimal treatment outcomes. 
Please note: This refill service is intended only for straightforward, routine medication requests. Complex medication regimens or cases requiring in-depth review must be addressed during an appointment.

There is a $100 no show fee for ongoing clients who miss their appointment without notice. Intakes are not charged a no-show fee.

Online payments can be made directly through your AdvancedMD patient portal account: https://pp-wfe-102.advancedmd.com/150028/account/logon. You can also call our office, 678-383-9532, during business hours to pay off your balance. AdvancedMD Support can also accept payments on our behalf and answer billing questions at 1-855-255-1036.
