  • We are accepting new patients for therapy, medication management, TMS, Esketamine, and low THC oil evaluations. 

  • Clients must be 13+ years to receive services.
  • There are no limitations around the medications that we can prescribe UNLESS it requires in person injections, we do not administer those.
  • Majority of appointments at Connected Minds are virtual. We use a Zoom-based platform and clients must have Zoom downloaded on their devices (i.e., laptop, tablet, or phone) to receive services.

    TMS, Esketamine, personal fitness training, yoga, and other mental health groups are offered at our on-site location in Marietta, Georgia.

For addiction support, the CARES Warm Line at 1-844-326-5400 offers assistance to patients seeking help.

Clients MUST be in the state of licensure of their clinician OR their clinician’s supervisor at the time of their appointment to receive services.

Typically, you will receive a link to join your appointment 48 hours before in your email. In the rare event you do not receive an email, you can access all your appointments directly from the patient portal at https://patientportal.advancedmd.com/150028/account/logon

Connected Minds completes disability paperwork, FMLA leave paperwork, and other extensive accommodation requests on a case by case basis based on medical necessity. It is NOT guaranteed that we are able to complete documentation requests and some requests may be subject to a fee. Please allow 14 business days for all paperwork requests. We are able to provide proof of diagnosis/attendance, chart notes, ESA letters, and school/work excuse notes for ATTENDED appointments only.

Yes, if for some reason you miss your appointment or need to reschedule but will run out of meds before your rescheduled appointment you can request a med refill as long as you have been seen in the last 90 days.

There is a $20 fee for medication refills between appointments. You can message your provider directly through the patient portal to request a medication refill. Please note you must have been seen in the last 90 days and controlled medications cannot be refilled without an appointment. 

There is a $100 no show fee for ongoing clients who miss their appointment without notice. Intakes are not charged a no-show fee.
